The company scope was to provide engineering services (FEED, Conceptual design, detailed design, Hazop, Hazip, technical study, RFQ and bids evaluation, placing PO,…..etc) for clients including procurements in some cases.  Managing a team of engineers, designers and docs controller in carrying out FEED study, cost estimation, detailed engineering including site survey team from all discipline.  Reviewing client scope of work for each WO/WI, prepare for KoM to identify the required deliverables for each discipline. Review and do the piping designs for the running projects as per AFPC schedule Q & shell DEP standard and ASME B31.3 including all the pipe components (fitting, valves…) and connected equipments.  Identify the pining and pipelines components specifications and participate in the technical evaluation committee for rotating equipment spare parts and piping components (valve, flanges, fittings, L&R…etc).  Preparing the scope of work for service and maintenance contracts that will cover the required activities under the approved budget.  Update and modify the existing internal AFPC standards which are related to the piping and well head hook up.  Involved in the construction and commissioning phase of new project and provide the technical solution to the field for the outstanding.  Project team member to evaluate the projects tenders, materials, review the contractor design package, and to provide the technical solution for the construction party.  Provide the solution to the field regarding the static equipments issue (piping, tank and vessel)  New responsibility to look for the frame 6 GT (issue the required maintenance plane including combustion inspection, hot gas path inspection, major inspection) based on the actual running hours to maximise the life cycle. Responsibilities are manage and plan for the required experts from OEM and to insure the availability of materials and spare parties for the required maintenance to reduce the shut down period as much as possible and to achieve the job within the approved schedule time.  Prepare the job master for the auxiliary equipment of the gas turbine  Build and control the data base (data collection system) that help to have a historical data for our machine that in turn will ensure a good diagnose and failure analysis (RCA) for machines troubleshooting..  Now, I am working on my private (in addition to AFPC work) as the mechanical engineer for piping design to prepare and issue the ISO drawing and piping plan for construction , Bill Of Materials and specify the required materials, the project is consist of three parts:  The first one is to install a 1000m3/h –60m centrifugal pump to transfer diesel oil to a new 1500m3 tank by 16’ line size and then by three 500m3/h-60m pumps (one stand by) to the rail way loading station (18 loading 4” point with complete metering skid by movable loading arms) and another branch to Truck loading station with 10 loading 4” arms. The second part consists of a new loading truck and railway fuel station with all accessories and loading arms, 10 loading points for truck and 20 loading points for railway. The third part is to install new fuel pump to evacuate the fuel from the unloading truck station (ten unloading points) by 445m 20” line as suction and discharged by 16” line 1100m to the existing fuel tank. All the fuel lines are accompanied with main steam line for heat tracing and condensate lines.

Record monthly value for Projects.  Issue provisional acceptance certificates.
